Brad Lalich

Growing up on a farm in Morrinsville provided Brad with the perfect environment to gain his strong work ethic and “I’ll fix it” attitude. Brad is grateful for his beginning on the farm and loves getting back out there as often as he can.

When Brad isn’t working, he is focused on his family. Together Brad and Dawn have four beautiful children. Spending time together as a family will always be his favourite thing to do and ultimate priority.

Dawn Lalich

Dawn grew up in the small coastal town of Coromandel. Similar to Brad, Dawn’s upbringing has instilled a passion for being in the fresh air and appreciating nature.

As well as being the business co-ordinator and marketing designer here at Phased In, Dawn is also a qualified Early Childhood Teacher and most importantly a mum. Dawn happily juggles her many hats - she feels busy, but blessed.
